About Me

My name is Eddie Marsden-Jones, a seasoned C-suite technology leader with extensive international experience spanning several decades. I have held pivotal roles as CIO within Europe’s largest tour operator group and the Middle East’s leading airline group. My career also includes establishing three successful businesses, including EddIT Consulting, and serving on the boards of SMEs in the HR services sector, reflecting my entrepreneurial acumen and business development experience.

Throughout my career, I have been a catalyst for change and transformation across diverse environments. Even when tasked with stabilizing operations, I have consistently driven significant transformations. While my background is rooted in technology, my true passion lies in people-centric transformation. I firmly believe that sustainable technological change hinges on empowering and aligning teams to embrace new paradigms—a process I find both challenging and rewarding.

For those who value quantitative achievements, I have managed substantial budgets, including an annual IT budget of $50 million and a single project budget of $30 million. My oversight has extended across 135 locations in 45 countries, and I have led teams as large as 247 individuals.

I am currently based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and offer my expertise to support your organization in achieving its strategic objectives.
